Wood is a natural material that has been around for centuries. In the United States, we have a vast forest of hardwood trees that are over 150 years old.
OUR STORY
Giesbrecht Wood Co is a family-owned business that is passionate about creating heirloom wood products.
Our journey started a few years ago when we noticed old-growth trees being destroyed.
We began to contemplate solutions. As an ambitious maker, I crafted a sawmill from scratch and began to cut these beautiful trees into live edge slabs. We are greatly inspired by the art God has created in these intricate wood grains. Our business grew from there. We purchased an IDry vacuum kiln to dry our slabs and added a full line of woodworking equipment so we could go full circle with trees. Our utmost fulfillment comes from providing you the customer with our machine services or a finished piece of furniture. Looking forward to talking soon!
